A day without ice cream is no day at all
My Grampa used to always insist that we had ice cream after every meal, so as you can guess, I’ve got a sweet spot, for that sweet stuff.
Well, when JVO (you guys remember Jvo from this delicious meal… o and this scrumptious bite) and I were planning for our weekly date this week, we decided that MAYBE we should stray away from prosciutto. At first, I was devastated. I couldn’t believe such an idea even exists. But wait, JVO to the rescue, she suggested that we throw away any knowledge we have of nutrition and the benefits of a well rounded meal, and instead, we binge out on ice cream for dinner. UM count me in! I am a huge believer that sometimes you need to splurge, and splurge we did. I was a little concerned as I am a die hard Pinkberry girl but 16 Handles did not let me down!

BOOM! DELISH. Mine is the one on the right, half tart, have cookies and cream with strawberries, blueberries, mini peanut butter cups, some chocolate crunchy mush and of course, lots of capn crunch!
Jvo got tart orgiinal, tart raspberry lemonade (JVO is that right?) Kiwi, mango, strawberry, choclate crunchy mush andshe spurr of the moemnt decided to follow in my footsteps and throw the capn on there!
If you haven’t been to 16 Handles and you live in NYC, you need to get up at this very moment and shake your toosh down to 2nd and 10thish (maybe 11th, I forget, I was too excited to look around). I am borderline embarrassed that I had never been since last night.
Off to draw hearts and butterflies surrounding my new lovers name in my notebook. Jessica Handles. Sounds great if you ask me.
